With the acquisition of the most innovative machine in the industry—THE CALYPSO HAMMERHEAD WATERJET--our capabilities for cutting materials are now virtually unlimited—up to 6” thick. From cutting intricate designs to customer finish quality and/or cutting unique materials, we welcome the challenge. Allow our use of Geomate nesting to reduce your costs and save money over standard machining processes. We can additionally enhance your yield by cutting multiple parts with smaller parts nested inside larger otherwise unutilized areas for further efficiency.

Our cutting area is one of the largest available with a 6-foot by 12-foot bed.

This machine has a dual-head system that allows us to cut parts at twice the speed of normal waterjet machines.
