For over 40 years Mathison Metalfab has been leading the field in fabricating custom parts and assemblies with unusual levels of service and commitment to quality. Our unusual approach to meeting your needs involves every function of our operation. Turnaround, value, consistency and accuracy are all treated with the same unusual performance standards as customer service and innovation.

ORIGIN & BRIEF HISTORY
Mathison Metalfab, Inc. was incorporated in 1959 by Lyall and Caroline Mathison under the name Mathison Magnesium Inc. and began operations in the basement of the Federal Refrigeration building in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The company's first contract parts were magnesium sifter decks fabricated for the commercial food processing industry.
In 1960, the company moved to a 5,000 square foot building on Newhall Ave. in Waukesha. As our reputation for quality and our customer list grew, so did our need for larger accommodations. In 1967, we moved into our current complex on Industrial Lane. Over the years, we have needed to complete additions of various sizes to accommodate the needs of our customers and the demand for hi-tech, complex production equipment. In 1994, we expanded into a building directly next door.
As a manufacturer, Mathison Metalfab handles a wide variety of precision work. Mathison utilizes state-of-the-art equipment for shearing, sawing, forming, welding, laser cutting, punching, and other operations required in fabrication. From its inception, Mathison Metalfab has been committed to update equipment in order to remain a leader in our highly competitive marketplace. Our business is built on quality and service to our customers. We are flexible enough to handle both small and large jobs and make every effort to supply parts when they are required. And, even more critical, those parts will be delivered exactly as designed. Much of our work is obtained through the recommendation of satisfied customers and by maintaining a reputation for quality work and fair dealing. In addition, commissioned manufacturer's representatives (Industry to Industry, Inc.) concentrate their sales efforts on Wisconsin, northern Illinois, northeastern Iowa, and eastern Minnesota.
